She hasn't got a mother and her hather is the king of Canny Canny Island.She lives alone at the end of a little town, in Villekulla Cottage.Well, not quite alone. COOKIES

Hello!Today is happy Tuesday!

Here is one good recipe for cookies.

Potato Chip Cookies

1 cup shortening

1 cup brown sugar

2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 scant tsp. salt

2 eggs

2 cups crushed potato chips

1 cup chopped nuts

Cream shortening and sugar, then add eggs, one at a time.

Mix well.

Add flour, baking soda and salt to batter.

Fold in chips and nuts.

Drop small amounts onto a buttered cookie sheet.

Flatten with a fork dipped in sugar.

Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes, until light brown.
