Yesterday.........

Yesterday we made Slovenian cake ''POTICA'' with my mom.
Here is a very, very good and light recipe for national Slovenian cake ''Potica''!

Dought:
35 decagrams flour
1 cube leaven
1 spoon of sugar
15 decagrams margarine ( to trip )
4 yolks
175 ml milk
lemon peel

stuffing:
30 decagrames nuts
4 whites of an egg
15 decagrams sugar
1 vanilla sugar
little rum
lemon peel
orange peel
raisin
